Aspire-Up-This module marks the introduction of FSS (fundamental sports skills). This
program focuses on AMS (Advance Movements Skills). On the foundation of physical fitness
the programs are designed to discover and develop Sporting skills that help in identifying
one’s potential and talent . Drills include throwing, striking, kicking, wrist release and target
focussed sports. This stage of growth is best suited for development, discovery and training
and not necessarily for early specialisation. We call it the stage of getting exposed to the full
stack of sports and beginning to explore and practice. The fitness training program for
children for 7-15 year olds focuses on fitness for kids and sports training.
