This module focuses on learning Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS) of
Locomotion, Stability, Object Control, and Awareness. This program deals with aspects of
ballistic movements (short burst speed) to maximise on the first speed window of a child.
During successive sessions we gradually facilitate Agility, Alertness and Reactions. With
overall Physical fitness integrated in this program there is a specific emphasis on Mobility
and Functional stability. It helps for a child to learn the basics or as we call it the grammar for
the language of sports. The module is focused on children fitness with emphasis on kids
health, nurturing fitness and sports as a healthy habits for kids.
